Troubleshooting

Audio quality

is poor.

Make sure that headset is sitting correctly in your

ear with microphone pointing towards the corner

of your mouth. See “Adjusting the Fit” on page 4.

Callers cannot

hear me.

Your headset may be out of range. Move the

headset closer to the Bluetooth phone. See
